We appreciate that coach training is an investment of your time and money, so it’s important that your journey is as trouble free, learning rich and fulfilling as possible. The following support structures are available to all students.
Individual (any time) support
When you contact our support team via email, you can expect a personal and individualised response (no templated emails). If they don’t know the answer, then our support team will find the right person to answer it for you. This means you only need ask once…we will do the running around!

Group (scheduled) support. New!
In 2023 we will be adding live Q & A sessions to the student support structure. These will have a focus on ‘where to find what’ in the learnsite and ‘preparing for your performance evaluation‘. Unlike the individual email support, where answers are shared only with you and specific to you, the information discussed in the group sessions will be shared with the group (and used to create community FAQ’s or refine the learnsite experience).
