A 4 Step Coaching Framework
FlipIt™ is a coaching framework for change. It is a 4 step process for resetting your lens and adopting a fresh way of 'seeing the world. It is a way to move from where you are now to where you want to be; to transition from a current state to a desired future state.

The FlipIt Framework uses the ICA Power Tools to help you "reframe a perspective" You will study the ICA Power Tools in more depth in the Power Tools Course, and you will also create your own Power Tool as part of your Coaching Portfolio.
Become a Certified Group Coach
with a FlipIt Facilitator License
Learn how to run a 2 hr FlipIt workshop with a group size of 12 - 20 clients, and take FlipIt online with a 12 month FlipIt facilitator license (includes online kit with customised presentation slides and interactive worksheets).
This CERTIFIED GROUP COACHING PROGRAM can be added to the Professional (Certified) or Vocational program as 25 hrs CCE (already included in Advanced Professional Program)
