The Group Coaching Program at ICA continues to grow and develop as more and more students participate in the program. Thank you to our talented, committed and enthusiastic students for sharing their experiences. In response we have introduced some improvements and value addons for this program.
- New Structure
Leader Labs will now include a combination of faculty and peer led group coaching sessions. An ICA Trainer will welcome you to the Lab and run a short 10 minute demo of the FlipIt process, followed by peer facilitated sessions.
- New Calendar
The classes available only to Advanced students have now been scheduled on their own calendar. This includes Group Coaching Theory, Leader Labs and Coach Supervision.
See Learnsite for new schedule
- Robyn Logan (ICA CEO) to be facilitating Leader Labs
As one of the key creators of FlipIt and a coach/trainer of over 20 years, Robyn will bring valuable insights and hands on instruction to these practicum based classes. Robyn will be facilitating selected FlipIt labs throughout the year, as indicated on the schedule.
- Repeat these Labs as often as you need
As a student of the Advanced Program you will have access to the Leader Labs throughout your studies, and then for 12 months post graduation via your alumni membership. There is a minimum attendance, but no maximum attendance. This means you can attend these labs as many times as you need, with the opportunity to continually refine and develop your group coaching expertise.
You can either complete all Coach Supervision labs as shown on your graduation checklist. Or, you now have the option to substitute a Coach Supervision lab for an additional Leader Lab.
New Digital Version of the FlipIt Workshop
We are making the entire workshop and all it's digital assets available to Advanced Students. You will be able to download a zipped file that contains everything you need to run a workshop from your own laptop.
