Choose an area in which you (or your client) would like to see change and research a change management theory or model that you think is particularly powerful. How could FlipIt work with the model or approach you have chosen?

Questions to consider when writing your reflection

  1. What is the issue or problem?
  2. Why is change required?
  3. What is the desired outcome?
  4. What is it about the change model you have chosen that is powerful?
  5. How could the 4 step FlipIt process work within this change model?

Keep your post to 2 or 3 paragraphs, using point form if you prefer, to make it easier for your peers to give feedback.
