Creare strutture

COACHING SESSION DESIGN

A coach's job is to move the client from where they are now to where they want to be, and to do that in a way that allows the client to take the reins and direct the process. They do this however, within a structure and a process provided by the coach.

COACHING MODELS

At its most simple, a coaching model is an expression of the values, philosophies and beliefs around coaching.   It is a framework to base a coaching process on, with a metaphor or analogy often used to help your clients visualize the unseen process.

LEARNING TASK: THE ICF COMPETENCIES

ACCESS HERE ICF COMPETENCIES AND MARKERS (VIDEOS AND READING)

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the professional body for coaches, which provides a regulatory framework for coaching and coach training programs. The Core Competencies are an industry sanctioned set of skills and knowledge required to be an effective coach.

We assess our coaches against these ICF competencies for the purpose of certification, and the ICF assesses coaches against these Competencies for the purpose of credentialing.
